M/C/C, a well-established Dallas agency with business-to-business and consumer clients, is looking for a media star to join our team. Media planner is responsible for developing and executing media campaigns in various media platforms such as interactive, print, broadcast and out-of-home that will yield the highest return on investment (ROI) for the client. Candidate must have a keen interest in and ability to understand the clients needs and goals and competitive position as well as a passion for media. The Media Planner works closely with account service and client contact to ensure the development of effective and unique media campaigns.
Requirements:
Experience in the evaluation, negotiation and purchase of media in consumer and b-to-b markets.
Experience planning and buying across online, print, broadcast and out-of -home.
Experience writing POVs and competitive analysis.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
Excellent presentation skills.
Must be detail-oriented, very organized, a multi-tasker and able to work well under pressure.
Working knowledge of research tools and industry software, especially DART.
